8 November in the Coal Field Area District headquarters in Dhanbad, Jharkhand State, calling for better conditions and security for healthcare workers in the state of Jharkhand, India.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>The public action was organized by UNI affiliate, Jharkhand State Non-Gazetted Employees Federation (JSNGEF) which saw the healthcare workers marching and raising their collective voice calling upon the State Government to fulfil an 11-point memorandum covering all state government employees, outsourced employees, and associated workers.<\/p>\r\n<p>The rally concluded with the submission of the memorandum addressed to the Jharkhand State\u2019s Chief Minister through the Deputy Commissioner of Dhanbad. <strong>Ashok Kumar NAYAN, General Secretary of JSNGEF, <\/strong>expressed hopes that the State Government would implement the demands, he also mentioned that the union plans to continue with the pressure until the genuine demands are
