The survey called\u202f<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/uniglobalunion.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/Insecurity-In-Security-Report-2024-FINAL.pdf\"><b><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">Insecurity in Security Work<\/span><\/i><\/b><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">: A Global Survey of Working Conditions in the Security Sector<\/span><\/b><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, reveals that an overwhelming majority of security officers feel underpaid, unsafe, and in urgent need of union representation to improve their working conditions.
