We worked through the importance of mapping, identifying leaders, and conducting surveys step-by-step and in a detailed manner,&#8221; one participant said. &#8220;The group work was an excellent method for better understanding the content and practicing what we learned.&#8221;<\/p>\r\n<p>&#8220;I refreshed my knowledge in three key areas: identifying natural leaders, establishing a union in the workplace and mobilising leaders, activists and members around common issues,&#8221; another participant said, adding: &#8220;I gained useful information on mapping, problem identification, and action methods. It was a very valuable experience.&#8221;<\/p>\r\n<p>This workshop was part of UNI\u2019s broader commitment to building the capacity of trade unions across Europe.
