Carrefour workers in Poland, who are members of UNI Global Union affiliate, Solidarno\u015b\u0107, are pushing for a fair redundancy deal as the company plans to lay off 340 employees across 26 stores.<\/p>\r\n

Despite Carrefour\u2019s money for ongoing store renovations and expansions, management has refused to offer anything beyond the legal minimum severance payments to workers facing redundancy, leaving affected employees without adequate professional and social security.<\/p>\r\n

Workers and Solidarno\u015b\u0107 have outlined clear demands to mitigate the impact of these job cuts and ensure affected employees receive fair treatment:<\/p>\r\n
