Five drivers at DPD in Ticino, Switzerland have been fired in a blatant act of union-busting. UNI has launched a solidarity action to urge the top management of DPD Switzerland to ensure their reinstatement and respect trade union rights. Support the workers and their union Unia, send a message to the CEO.

While they deliver exclusively for DPD, drive DPD-branded vans and wear DPD uniforms, the drivers were technically employed by a subcontractor. However, when changing subcontractor, DPD Switzerland made sure that all five unionised workers lost their jobs.

These brave workers were among the first to organise and were leading the push for better conditions. Your solidarity can make the difference: stand with them and send a message to the top management to call for an end to the union-busting.
