Benefits, challenges, and implications\u202f(a union perspective)<\/a>&#8221; <\/strong>authored by <a href=\"https:\/\/digit-research.org\/researcher\/dr-wil-hunt\/\"><strong>Wil Hunt<\/strong><\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/digit-research.org\/researcher\/dr-steve-rolf\/\"><strong>Steve Rolf<\/strong><\/a> , Research Fellows at the Digital Futures at Work Research Centre (<a href=\"https:\/\/digit-research.org\/\">Digit<\/a>) at the University of Sussex.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>The aim of the project was to help affiliated trade unions in the Commerce sector get a timely insight into how technological trends are reshaping retail.
