CONDITIONS OF SPONSORSHIP

UNI Global Union will only pay for the costs set out in the email that this form was attached.
You may have to share a twin room with another participant in Philadelphia for the duration of your stay.
UNI Global Union will not reimburse any costs for taxis, public transport or food for your journey or during your stay in Philadelphia.
All other costs are the responsibility of your respective union.
You must attach a copy of a valid passport when returning your form.

Failure to respond within the deadline will mean your sponsored place will be given to the next person on the waiting list.
