Two year collective agreement and real increase guaranteed for bank workers in Brazil. Workers of private and public banks will receive almost R$10 billion, bringing about the unification of the category.
On 31 August, the unions representing banks of public and private institutions signed with the National Federation of Banks (Fenaban), the Collective Labor Convention (CCT) 2018-2020 as well as the addendum agreements of the Bank of Brazil valid for the same period.
