Thanks to the collective agreement signed in 2012 that guaranteed the return to UniCredit of workers who were then being outsourced to Hewlett Packard (HP), these workers will now re-enter the Bank on 1 January 2019. This is a first for workers in the sector and proves the importance of collective bargaining and how it protects workers.
