Human Rights Due Diligence – trade union toolkit

Human rights due diligence legislative initiatives are appearing across Europe. These provide opportunities for a better application of workers’ fundamental rights.

UNI Europa has put together a trade union toolkit on human rights due diligence. It provides guidance for worker representatives on how they can use legislative requirements to assess the due diligence of their company. The contents of the toolkit are summarised in a checklist, which can be downloaded separately in English, Italian, Spanish and German.
