As the effects of the pandemic and lockdown measures around the world begin to ease up, women leaders across UNI unions are calling out for a shift in the way we work, in order to face the challenges created by this “new normal” post pandemic. Their message is clear: we need each other because together we are stronger and unions are a crucial element for a proper recovery and for the transformation into more inclusive and equal societies for all.
