Child rights & abuse

The continuing revelations of abuse and harm show that sport can place children at risk of significant harm if proper safeguards are not in place. Addressing abuse and making sure that sport is a safe environment for all participants is a key focus for World Players and its affiliates. World Players’ policies outline necessary action areas to make sure children are safe in sport and provide a benchmark for structures established to effectively respond to abuse.
