Remote work: A review of unions’ collective bargaining response

To assist affiliates worldwide, UNI has built a database of union-negotiated agreements and clauses on remote work—119 agreements from 25 countries. All but 16 were negotiated during the pandemic. This report analyses information in this database and provides analysis on how unions have negotiated collective bargaining agreements with regards to remote work.
